Seazoner – Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and shows no signs of wear.

  • The item remains in its original condition, with tags, labels, and all accessories included.

  • The product is not damaged by the customer.

  • An unboxing video is recommended as proof for claims involving defects or damage upon delivery.


2. Accepted Return/Exchange Cases

We accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • The product is defective or has manufacturing issues.

  • Incorrect size, color, or model was delivered.

  • The item was damaged during transportation.

  • The product does not match the description or shows visible errors upon receipt.


3. Non‑Eligible Return Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or emit an unusual odor.

  • Clearance items or products purchased under special promotions that specifically state “No return or exchange.”

  • Products damaged due to improper use or storage by the customer.

  • Claims involving damaged items without an unboxing video.


4. Return/Exchange Process

      Provide the following inf - Photos/videos of the defective item (if applicable)

    • Reason for return or exchange

  2. Our customer support team will verify your request and provide shipping instructions.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, Seazoner will process the exchange or refund accordingly.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective and cannot be replaced.

  • The requested product for exchange is out of stock.

  • A refund has been mutually agreed upon.

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method.

Refund methods include:

  • Bank transfer

  • Refund to the original payment method (for online payments)


6. Return Shipping Fees

  • For issues caused by Seazoner (faulty product, wrong item, shipping damage): Seazoner covers 100% of return/exchange shipping fees.

  • For customer‑initiated returns (e.g., change of size, color, or preference): the customer is responsible for both-way shipping fees.


7. Important Notes

  • Please pack items securely to avoid damage during return shipping.

  • We recommend recording the packing process to prevent disputes.

  • Seazoner reserves the right to deny returns/exchanges if the product does not meet the conditions stated above.
